Last Updated: October 17, 2024
At joinedupath, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have implemented procedures for addressing claims of copyright infringement on our website. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes infringement, you can notify us by following the procedures outlined below.
1. Filing a DMCA Notice (Takedown Request)
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent of the copyright owner and believe that content on our website infringes upon your copyright, please provide us with a written notice that includes the following information:
Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, you may provide a representative list of such works.
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located on the website (a URL or specific description is helpful).
Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Your physical or electronic signature (typed full name is acceptable if submitted electronically).
Send the DMCA notice to:
Email: joinedupath@mail.com
Address: At.Post Ashte Tal. Dist. Nandurbar
2. Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. To be effective, a counter-notice must include the following:
Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and where it was located before it was removed.
Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the United States, the jurisdiction of the courts in the location of joinedupath), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or their agent.
Your physical or electronic signature (typed full name is acceptable if submitted electronically).
Once we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed content unless the party filing the original DMCA notice files a court action to prevent us from doing so. You will be notified if this happens.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
We take copyright infringement seriously. In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are found to be repeat infringers.
4. Misrepresentations
Please be aware that under the DMCA, any person who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.
